How do I create an account?
Please tap on the second icon located at the top right corner to access your account options. From there, you'll be directed to a new page where you can choose to sign up using your phone number or log in using your Google account.
How can I change/reset my password?
To reset your password, select the "Forgot Password" option. You will be prompted to provide your email address for the password reset process.
How do I change my details or email address?
When you log in to your account, you'll locate an "Address" tab where you have the option to update your email address.
Does The Colour Fade?
If your chair is exposed to direct sunlight for a prolonged period, it may fade and dry out. To protect your office chair from damage place the office chair in a shaded area during the day.
How Are Your Chairs Different From Others?
Our chairs are ergonomically designed to support the natural curvature of your spine taking away the strain on the lower back area, and also the perforations are strategically placed to facilitate better ventilation.
Does The Chair’s Feet Cause Scratches On The Floor?
The Glide Feet (feet bush) is made from high-density “POM Material” which keeps your floor scratch free.
How Long Does Paint From The Frames Last?
The paint in the frame is electro-coated and it has long durability.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with its details. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Can I change the billing details or shipping details in an invoice?
Yes, you can change the delivery address.
- Click the “Sign in” link on the top right-hand side of onlinesyona.mindmadetech.in.
- Select the “My Account”. A new page will open where you can change your Billing Address or Shipping Address.
- Click Manage Address there you can Change or Add the Delivery address
Note: The billing details or shipping details in an invoice should be changed within 24 hours of placing the order

At Syona Roots, you can shop with any of the following payment options:

Are there any EMI options available?
No, we do not offer EMI options.
Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash / Card)?
No, we do not offer "Cash on Delivery" or "Card on Delivery" as payment options.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, the order can be cancelled within 24 hours from order placement.
When can I return my product?
We offer a 2 days Return Policy for all products from the date of receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incorrect Product
Note: Return will be accepted only if an unboxing video is submitted as proof for the above cases.
How do I initiate my product return?
- Send a email to support@syonaroots.com. Mail should contain order details and an unboxing video (full 360 angles). The unboxing video should be recorded in clear lighting.

Will The Entire Product Be Replaced Against Manufacturing Defect?
Under our warranty, only the damaged part will be replaced.
What can I do if my product is damaged?
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to our notice immediately.
