Shipping orders outside India

We currently do not accept orders for international shipping on our website.

Cancellation, Returns and Replacement Policies

Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled within 24 hours from order placement.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

Cancellation Criteria

• Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.)
• In case of incorrect product or specification chosen in this order.
• Non-availability of products - in exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" the order will be cancelled
• Potentially fraudulent order. Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel the order.

Return and Replacement Policy

Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you received the package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.

We offer a 2 days Return Policy for all products from the date of receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

• Damaged Product
• Manufacturing Defect
• Incorrect Product

Note: Return will be accepted only if an unboxing video is submitted as proof for the above cases.

• Send a email to support@syonaroots.com. Mail should contain order details and an unboxing video (full 360 angles). The unboxing video should be recorded in clear lighting.
• Send a message on Whatsapp - +91 87540 41068 with order details and an unboxing video.

We're sorry but we can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.

The following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility

• In case, if you received a Incorrect product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• If the product is delivered defective or damaged, only the damaged part will be replaced. In that case please bring it to our notice immediately through Email support@syonaroots.com or Contact us on: +91 87540 41068 (Helpline Number) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
• Products should be unused.
• Return will be accepted only if an unboxing video is submitted as proof for the above cases
• All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
• Invoice should be available.

Returning a Product

• Customer needs to inform us through call/email within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Product should be unused.
• Invoice should be available.
• We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged our courier partner will collect the product within 2-3 business days
• Customer needs to pack the product with Brand packing & paste the invoice on it.
• Customer will handover the product to the courier partner.
• Once the pick up is done, product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
• After receiving the product, quality check will be done over the product by our team which takes 2 days time.
• If product is found defective by our team, We will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
• Product Purchase under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
• Products sold as combo can’t be returned individually.

Refunds

• Once the order gets canceled/returned, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
• Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – your refund will be processed within a week from the date of order confirmation If transaction is done through NEFT then customer need to share below mentioned details at our Email Id: support@syonaroots.com from registered e-mail id.

Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of India. Employees of Roots Industries and their family members are not eligible to participate.

• Entry Method: To enter the contest, participants must comment on their answer in our post, follow our page, and like the contest post.

•  Entry Deadline: All answers must be submitted by the first half of the match. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

• Prize: The prize for the contest is Roots Syona Ergonomic Chair. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified through direct message on social media within three days after the contest deadline. If the winner does not respond within seven days, a new winner will be selected.

•  Publicity: By entering the contest, participants grant Roots Industries the right to use their name, location, participant photo with our product, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• General Conditions:  Roots Industries reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time for any reason. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all decisions made by Roots Industries, which are final and binding.

• Limitation of Liability:  Roots Industries is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries. By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Roots Industries from any losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt or use of the prize.

Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the contest shall be subject to the Coimbatore jurisdiction.
